For more than two decades, Deborah has litigated a broad range of cases including business and contract disputes, probate litigation, and products liability, wildfire and property damage claims.
Deborah has represented Fortune 100 companies and regional businesses in civil litigation across the country. Her experience includes complex multi-district litigation in federal courts in New York, Pennsylvania, California, Maryland, Delaware and Florida. She has also litigated extensively in state courts including Illinois, California, North Dakota, Ohio, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Missouri, New York and Washington.
Deborah completed her law degree in two years and graduated first in her class in 2003 at Southwestern University. During law school, she served as an extern to the Honorable Dean Pregerson, Judge of United States District Court for the Central District of California.
She received her bachelor’s degree from UCLA in 1982 and a master’s degree from California State University, Fullerton in 1995. Admitted to the California Bar in 2003, Deborah joined a prestigious downtown Los Angeles firm, where she rose to equity partner before launching her own practice.
Known for her strategic insight, tenacious approach and unwavering dedication to her clients, Deborah has consistently delivered successful results whether through favorable settlements, dismissals, summary judgments or trial verdicts. She remains committed to achieving those same outcomes for every client.
Deborah now calls Idaho home, and was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 2026. She is the proud daughter of a Mexican-American veteran who landed at Normandy with the 81st Chemical Mortar Battalion, and went on to fight in the Battle of the Bulge.
